- Select a Treatment Plan: Either select a treatment plan, practitioner consultation, or starter pack and pay online.
- Book practitioner consultation: Our team will reach our via SMS or email to lock in your consultation.
- Review Treatment Plan: Once your consultation is complete, you will receive an email with your treatment plan attached to review and sign.
- Medication delivered: Once your treatment plan is signed, your medication will be shipped discreetly in plain packaging within 3-5 business days.
- Regular check ins and ongoing support: Our team will check in with you to see how your medication is going, organise for more medication to be sent or schedule a review with the practitioner.

Why is a phone consultation important?
To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, a consultation with our healthcare professional is required by law. This consultation (usually around 10 minutes) allows us to assess your individual needs and tailor a treatment plan.
What if I’m sure about the treatment plan I should be on?
While you can select a starter pack, a consultation with our healthcare professional is recommended to confirm your suitability for treatment. This consultation fee can be deducted from the cost of a longer treatment plan.
What if the medication doesn’t work for me?
We’ll work with you to find a treatment that works. If a medication change is necessary, we’ll adjust your medication accordingly, at no additional cost.
What happens if I start a program and change my mind?
We understand that circumstances can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility. Depending on your specific situation, you may be eligible for a refund.
Can you provide a guarantee that this treatment will work?
While we can’t guarantee specific outcomes, we’re committed to providing effective treatments and personalised support. Many of our patients have experienced positive results.
