Refund Policy

Introduction

At Holmens Health, your care and satisfaction are our priorities. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Change of Mind (Before Consultation):
    • Refunds are available if you decide to cancel your appointment before your consultation with a practitioner.
  2. Payment Adjustments:
    • If there is a discrepancy between the payment amount and the cost of the practitioner consultation, a refund for the difference will be provided.
  3. Ineligibility for Treatment:
    • If a patient is deemed ineligible for treatment following their consultation, a partial refund will be issued.
  4. Side Effects During Treatment:
    • If a patient experiences side effects from a prescribed treatment and no alternative options are available, a refund may be considered if the program was paid in advance or in full.
    • In such cases, the refund amount will be prorated based on the portion of the program already used or completed. This will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
